Committee on Admission
In order to accommodate the entry and evaluation of students/ pupils, the school has established Committee on Admission.
The Committee is composed of:
- Guidance Counselor
- Principals
- Registrar
- Treasurer
- Prefect of Discipline
- Assistant Director for Student Services
- School Director as the Chairman
Admission Policy
New enrollees of St. Augustine Academy of Pampanga are expected to accept and uphold the school philosophy and objectives and to submit to its rules and regulations.
The school reserves the right to admit only those students/pupils who meet the school’s requirements. Academic ability, as well as character traits of the applicants, is taken into consideration.
Requirements
New Enrollees
- Enrollment Permit
- NSO Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Baptismal Certificate (Photocopy)
- One (1) Recent 2x2 Photo
- One Long Folder
- Kindergarten Certification that he/she is officially enrolled in school. (For Prep. and Grade One)
- Form 138 / Report Card
- Accomplished Student’s Recommendation Form signed by the Guidance Counselor or the School Principal. (For Year I)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
Transferees
A student who wishes to transfer to SAAP should have a good academic standing with a GMRC grade and a General Average not lower than 80% and should pass the written examination and interview given by the Committee on Admission. Should the applicant pass the examination, he/she should not have any disciplinary case or a failing grade in any subject during the school year he/she is admitted. Should he/she have a disciplinary case or a failing grade, the school has the right not to admit the said student/ pupil for the following school year.

Old Students
Old students should enroll on the designated date prescribed for their year level.

- Certificate of Summer Attendance (for students with failing grades)
Enrollment Guidelines
- Both the student/pupil and their parent/guardian must be present during the enrollment.
- For scholar and/or staff dependent, he/she must proceed first to the Registrar’s Office before proceeding to enrollment proper.
